Although plenty powerful, at times the engine can get a bit loud. This is especially true in sport mode when it revs higher before shifting. It’s more responsive in sport mode, but we tended to leave it in auto for the calmer, quieter drive experience.

Intuitive Technology That Simplifies Life on the Road
The dual 12.3-inch displays look sharp and respond quickly with no noticeable lag. Google built-in brings familiar maps and apps right to the dashboard while wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto make phone integration effortless. The voice recognition was excellent and generally gave us the desired result without having to repeat ourselves.
The available Klipsch premium audio system is fantastic, but even without that upgrade you get a 16-speaker or 20-speaker setup to deliver robust audio. The wireless charging pad with its built-in cooling fan kept my phone topped up reliably without overheating. This is a small detail, but one that matters. It’s incredibly annoying when your phone gets too hot to charge or slides out of place all the time. No such issues on the QX65.
Advanced driver assistance features come standard including predictive forward collision warning, blind spot warning, and lane departure prevention. Higher trims add helpful camera views like the 3D monitor and invisible hood view that make parking and tight maneuvers less stressful. It’s all well-integrated with a good mix of physical buttons and touchscreen controls so you can focus on the road.
