62% of Gen Zers say they’ve walked away from a home over hazard risk
73% of Americans want flood zone or flood risk ratings disclosed during the homebuying process
63% want estimated insurance costs disclosed before buying
32% say they’d choose a home with higher insurance costs in a lower-risk area over a cheaper home in a higher-risk location
