$17.06M Coquina Sands Sale Sets New Record, Surpassing Previous High by $3.7M
A newly constructed waterfront estate in Naples’ Coquina Sands neighborhood has sold for $17,060,000, setting a new sales price record for the community and marking one of the highest sales in Naples this year.
The transaction, which closed on April 13, represents the highest sale in Coquina Sands history, surpassing the previous record of $13,350,000 at 376 Yucca Road by more than $3.7 million, and ranks as the 11th most expensive single-family home sale on the MLS in Naples in 2026. The property was represented on both sides by James Bates and Maggie Ives, global real estate advisors with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Fifth Avenue office.
Located across from the Naples Beach Club golf course, the newly built residence offers 6,909 square feet of air-conditioned living space with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Built by Parker Hudson Homes, the property includes a custom marble wine bar, separate chef’s kitchen, coffee bar and a dedicated fitness room.
Originally introduced to the market as Vista Lago, the home was the result of a collaboration between Beck Architectural Group, Parker Hudson Homes and Freestyle Interiors, reflecting a design approach that blends modern coastal architecture with functional luxury.
